Dr. Attila S. Horváth was born 8 May, 1968 in Kalocsa. He is a graduate of the Law Faculty of the JATE University of Szeged (1992) and subsequently obtained an MA in European Integration Studies from Corvinus University (formerly the Budapest University of Economic Studies) and an LL.M degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science (1998). He has more than twenty years’ experience in business law, finance, project finance, corporate finance, M&A, international and investment related laws.
Prior to joining the Budapest office of Baker and McKenzie as an associated senior attorney in 1998, where dr. Attila S. Horváth subsequently spent six years participating in the creation and development of its finance and banking practice, his experiences had ranged from advising on transactions and issues pertaining to European and public international law, engineered financial instruments, investment management, general commercial law and foreign direct investment.
He has a considerable teaching trackrecord, including professional courses on finance and project finance for bankers and other professionals, regular lectures at the Corvinus University on loan structuring and security taking. Dr. Horváth lived in London for about six years and can be retained to provide representation to his client in English or Hungarian.

He is is an elected member of the governing council of the Budapest Bar Association.
